Can I add a card to my order?

Yes we have a lovely selection of cards available for various occasions. Please visit our card section in our online shop.

Where do you deliver to?

Delivering around the Nelson, Richmond, Tasman area including Blenheim, Takaka, Motueka, Murchison, Nelson lakes.  If you have any queries about an area please email us or phone us on 0064 3 5442233.

What is your delivery charge?

A delivery fee of $10.00 for local areas and $15.00 for rural areas inc Blenheim, Takaka, Nelson Lakes.   National delivery fee of $20.00 and $25.00 for International delivery.  Please contact us on 03 5442233 to discuss your requirements.

When will my item be delivered?

As we have various courier runs most areas can be delivered same day Monday - Friday.  However some couriers require the order to be placed the previous day.

Will my flowers look like the ones pictured?

We endeavour to produce your order as close to the example provided but due to seasonal availability should a bloom not be available with one of our designs we will replace it with one of equal value and look.

What is your guarantee?

Fields Designer Florist prides themselves in providing a first class product and service.  If a product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement.

How can I pay and what credit card can I use?

You can pay when ordering online using either  Visa, Mastercard or Amex.  You can pay manually by calling us on 0064 3 5442233 with your credit card details or to arrange a direct debit.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes we often speak to customers locally and from around the world.  Please call us on 0064 3 5442233.

How do I care for my flowers?

Roses:  Remove flosacs from stems. Cut stems on an angle and place in 2cm of near boiling water for 3min. Place in fresh water.
Bouquet:  Cut stems on an angle.  Place into fresh water add 1tsp of bleach or flower food provided.
Bowl:   Water oasis in bowl daily.  Lightly spray blooms to freshen.
